Purchase and Appointment Policy

Payment
Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and Cash App are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation policy
Clients and customers must provide at least 24 hours notice or will be subject to charges being processed if an online appointment has been scheduled.

Phone or Virtual Appointments
Payment must be made by credit  card/PayPal at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Minors/Age Requirement
All  minors under the age of 18 are not eligible for readings or consults unless a parent/guardian has given written authorization. If any individual is under 18, without our prior knowledge, it will be inferred to be considered as a consent on the part of the guardian/parent and may result in a cancellation without a refund to the purchaser.
