What a simple concept to think about. When was the last time you slowed down and noticed the beauty around you.?
Taking the time to notice is part of mindfulness and a form of meditation. It also leads to appreciation and being positive. Nature is the best teacher for being in the moment, for slowing down our thoughts, for enjoying the present moment. By becoming aware of what is around you, and being in the present, can lead you into a mindfulness practice on its own. When you start looking at life this way, it can become trans-formative and give you a sense of peace.
