Payment
MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and cash are all accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation policy
Please respect the 24 hr. Cancellation Policy with a phone call to 203-434-4209 at any hour of the day. Text and/or email are not recommended unless it is at least 2 days before your appointment. Clients who do not provide at least 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 Cancellation fee.

Late arrivals
If you are 10-15 minutes late your session will be shortened and will end at the originally scheduled time.

Pre-paid Sessions: Any online pre-paid sessions are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of buying the package. A credit to your account will be issued within 7 days of cancellation. After 24 hours any purchases will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate only.

Appointment Sessions at Sono Healing Collective
Please arrive approx. 10 minutes before your session so you are not rushed. Please have ready any gift certificates/gift cards prior to your session. Please talk softly when you enter the healing studio as there are often other treatments in progress and we want to maintain a tranquil environment for all of our clients.

Phone or Long Distant Skype Appointments
Call approximately 5-10 min before your session so that we can have a few minutes to talk. You will be given my Skype number prior to the session, either by phone, text or email. Payment must be made by credit card/PayPal at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased online, at the studio or mailed. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date and holder is responsible for any rate changes. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Minors/Age Requirement
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied/supervised by an adult and sign a waiver of consent. If I am not notified at the time of scheduling that an individual is under 18, I have the right to cancel the session without a refund to the client.
